其實不是所有稱為基督徒的人都會被提，如果全部被提，聖經就不需要提醒大家儆醒等候了。只有那些有主生命的人，有聖靈的人，纔會被提。無論天主教、基督教、猶太教裡面，都有很多所謂信主的人，沒有得到聖靈，只在頭腦上認為自己是信徒，那些就是沒有儆醒的人。
